Russ and his wife Monica are lifelong residents of Fort Wayne, where they are raising their two children, Will and Anna. Russ and Monica are owners of a growing local small tourism & hospitality business. Their family regularly attends church at Blackhawk Ministries.
Russ is also very active in other areas of community service as a board member and treasurer of Brightpoint, the largest human services organization in northeast Indiana. He serves on the Parkview Randalia Select Committee and volunteered seven years as a soccer coach for Concordia Lutheran High School. Previously, as a commercial real estate broker, he assisted over 250 businesses start up, expand, and relocate in Fort Wayne.
